🌕 Fractional · Full Moon

Fractional CTO

Strategic technology leadership without the full-time hire. Roadmap, vendors, architecture, and key decisions — applied to your business on a monthly retainer.

Investment $3,000–$6,000/month
Duration 12-Month minimum
You need someone who's seen this movie before. Not a project manager. Not a developer you manage. Someone who can walk into a technology conversation and know immediately what's real, what's hype, and what your business actually needs. That's the Fractional CTO role. What this covers Every month: roadmap reviews, architecture decisions, vendor evaluation, contractor oversight, and technology strategy tied directly to your business goals. You don't have to become a technical expert. You just need access to one. The two tiers $3,000/month — Strategic Oversight ~15 hours/month. Monthly roadmap reviews, architecture guidance, vendor evaluation, and strategic direction. Right for businesses that have a team executing and need senior judgment in the room. $6,000/month — Active Leadership ~30 hours/month. Everything above plus weekly syncs, active development leadership, and hands-on involvement in build decisions. Right for businesses in active build phases or navigating complex technical transitions. 12-month minimum Technology strategy compounds. The first three months are orientation — understanding your systems, your team, your patterns. The value accelerates after that. Engagements are structured as 12-month commitments because that's the timeframe where the work pays off. Often paired with LTB-Kit If you're building a platform business, the Fractional CTO engagement is what steers the build. Strategy and architecture are upstream of everything your development team executes. The moon phase that fits this work: 🌕 Full Moon — sustained illumination. Not a flash of clarity, but ongoing visibility across the whole operation.
